This July, we brought over 40 teachers from around Maine into the woods to teach them about the importance of Maine’s forests for our environment, economy, and communities. Our first tour took place in the Moosehead Lake Region (read about the first tour here). The second tour explored Maine’s Katahdin region (read about the tour in the posts below).

We are thankful to all of our supporters who made these tours possible, including our underwriters: Robbins LumberPleasant River Lumber, Davis Conservation Foundation, and Farm Credit East.
